Pipe Thickness Audits
Column thickness auditing of suction pipes and delivery pipes in the pump station up to the point where it enters the shaft.
Audits performed annually to obtain rate of wall thickness reduction to reduce risk and plan for replacements.
Two Technicians perform the work in order to complete the levels within the shift with minimal disruption to client personnel. Working together is safer when when accessing elevated pipes, and the Technician taking the measurement does not have to record the measurement.
Technology used can measure through paint, which eliminates the requirement to remove paint thus reducing the time taken.
